Why Sattva Kart and Sona Moti Wheat

Sattva Kart was started with a simple question: what if families could access the same pure grain that
farmers keep for their own homes, instead of the polished, mixed and over-processed wheat that reaches
most markets.
We grow and source Sona Moti wheat in Haryana with a focus on natural
methods – without pesticides and with minimal external inputs. The grain is then stone-ground on chakki
to preserve fibre, micronutrients and flavour.
Every batch is handled in small lots so that you get fresh, aromatic and clean food that supports
sattvic living, better digestion and long-term health.
